Super fun !! Gorgeous views. Loved the first time skiier package. Was a better deal than renting skis and a lift ticket separately plus you get a pro to teach you for two hours. Now I love skiing thanks to china peak and my kids have to go every weekend with us here in the winter! Highly recommended to come and relax in the snow with family and try out the awesome classes!!!

I've been going to China Peak since I was a child. Lots of memories there with family and friends. Great place to enjoy some snow! Only downside are the day/season pass prices. Pretty expensive for what you get. Other than price, this resort is always a fun place to go.

Great place to ski or board in the winter. There are options for all; easy or more difficult runs. There were no lines on our non holiday Sunday visit. Ordered day lift pass online ahead of time for better pricing. Only a 1 hour drive from Fresno. Recommend 5 stars.

It’s been a few years. So I can’t compare today’s value of those 6 years ago! If the lift tickets are a pre-cursor which have increased dramatically. I can only imagine what we got back then cost now. It’s a beautiful place to stay.

China Peak is my main snow park, and where I learned how to snowboard when I was a teen. I truly love this place and the community. Its more than worth your time

For me this is the 2nd closest place to ski, yet I was unaware of it until recently. I went 3 times during the '24/'25 season & enjoyed it. I'm still getting used to it & figuring it out, so I'll update this as needed, but overall it ranks just as good as any of the other resorts I've been to (ie.Dodge,Bear Valley) & I've been skiing for over 40 years. 1 big plus is plenty of parking w/o having to hike to the resort, it's a big lot next to the resort.

We visited China Peak recently, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. The entire area felt like a winter wonderland. There was fresh snow everywhere, and the lake was completely frozen, creating the most breathtaking view. It honestly looked like something out of a postcard — peaceful, sparkling, and incredibly beautiful. The town area near China Peak has a quiet, cozy charm that makes you feel right at home. Surrounded by tall pines and snow-covered landscapes, it’s the perfect place to slow down and enjoy nature. Everyone we came across was friendly, and the whole atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. The China Peak Resort was just as amazing. The property was well-maintained even in snowy weather, and the staff was helpful throughout our visit. We loved walking around, taking pictures, and soaking in all the scenery. The frozen lake was definitely the highlight it added this magical touch to the entire trip. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful escape especially during snowy season . China Peak is the perfect destination. It’s a place where you can make memories, enjoy nature, and feel completely refreshed. Highly recommended!
